Etowah Landscape Group offers full service landscape services for commercial properties including retail centers, office and industrial buildings and parks, apartments, churches, and other institutions. This includes:
Design/build services for landscape renovation jobs and construction projects to create new amenities for tenants and employees including outdoor recreation areas, break and lunch facilities, group meetings and amphitheatres, and other settings for working teams. Designs integrate hardscapes, lightscapes, and water features with naturally flowering landscapes filled with seasonal color to create the right setting for the property.
Maintenance Services
- Mowing and edge all lawn areas.
- Removing all organic debris/litter from beds.
- Pruning shrubs and ground cover.
- Weeding flower beds with pre-emergent
- Applying topical fungicides & insecticides as needed.
- Spreading organic fertilizers to all ornamental shrubs & perennials.
- Trimming grass from sprinkler heads, trees, posts, and all other structures.
- Raking and removing all grass clippings and debris from sidewalks, drives, and other hard surface areas.
- Grass will be treated twice a year with a pre-emergent herbicide.
- Employing slow release fertilizer 3 times per year
- Offering optional rye grass application in the fall
